  • Contract Full job description About Birth and Beyond Care Birth and Beyond Care is a state-licensed, bonded, and insured home care agency based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
We provide compassionate in-home support services to families, including mother's helper, newborn care, personal care, companionship, and skilled nursing services. Position overview We are looking for a warm, dependable, and experienced Mother's Helper / In-Home Caregiver who already lives in or near the Barnsdall, Oklahoma area. This is a part-time, flexible position serving a local family with a toddler and a new baby on the way. No long commute, we want someone who is already part of this community! Responsibilities Supervising and engaging with a toddler in a safe, nurturing manner Light housekeeping (tidying, laundry, dishes) Meal preparation for the family Supporting an expecting mother with daily tasks around the home Providing a calm, supportive presence in a peaceful country home setting Following care plans and communicating with agency leadership Requirements Must live in or near Barnsdall, OK (Osage County area) Minimum 1 year of childcare or caregiving experience Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Must pass a background check Comfortable working in a rural country home setting with pets Dependable, professional, and compassionate Preferred qualifications Russian language skills a strong plus Experience with bilingual or multicultural households CNA, HHA, or doula certification Experience supporting expecting or postpartum mothers What we offer $10
