Job Description
Forever Learning Child Development Center is seeking an experienced and passionate Child Care Director to lead the daily operations of our inclusive early childhood program serving children ages 2-5. Responsibilities Oversee daily center operations and ensure compliance with Oklahoma Child Care Licensing requirements. Recruit, train, supervise, and support staff. Maintain child and staff records, licensing documentation, and safety standards. Manage enrollment, parent communication, and family engagement. Support curriculum implementation and classroom quality. Ensure appropriate staffing ratios and a positive learning environment. Qualifications Meet Oklahoma Child Care Licensing Director requirements. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience in a childcare setting. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Experience working with children with developmental disabilities is preferred. Compensation $60,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience.
