Assist with daily childcare routines, including feeding, diapering, nap times, and play activities for infants, toddlers, preschoolers and grade school Support activities that foster early childhood development, such as educational games, arts and crafts, and storytelling Ensure a safe environment by monitoring children closely and adhering to safety protocols at all times Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote social skills, behavior management, and emotional growth Collaborate with lead caregivers or teachers to implement individualized care plans for children with special needs or disabilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of childcare areas to uphold health standards Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and daily experiences Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Ability to perform first aid and CPR to ensure children's safety in emergencies Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and children with disabilities or special needs Excellent behavior management skills to foster positive interactions and discipline strategies Classroom experience or familiarity with early learning curricula is highly desirable Compassionate caregiving attitude combined with patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for child engagement
