$28•30 per hour | Guaranteed Hours & Pay Position Overview Keystone Nannies is pleased to represent a warm, welcoming family in their search for a dedicated, full-time Nanny/Household Manager. This family is seeking a highly capable and genuinely caring individual to become a trusted, integrated member of their household. The ideal candidate will work directly alongside the parents, functioning as a true partner — sharing the workload fluidly across childcare and household management responsibilities in a collaborative, flexible environment. The family keeps a kosher household. Familiarity with or willingness to learn kosher practices is required. About the Position The family's primary child is approximately 12 months old at the time of hire, with a second child due in March 2027. This role requires a nanny who is passionate about early childhood development, infant care, and creating enriching daily experiences. A new sibling will join the household, making prior newborn/infant experience not just preferred — but essential. Schedule This is a split-shift position designed to align with the family's flexible daily rhythm. A typical structure may look like: Morning block: approximately 6:30 AM•1:30 PM Off-duty break: mid-afternoon Evening wind-down: approximately 6:00 PM•7:00 PM The family values mutual flexibility. Occasional weekend support (1-2 hours during the day or periodic date nights) is requested. The schedule may shift based on appointments, family events, or other needs, and the family is equally accommodating of the nanny's personal appointments and schedule needs. Childcare Responsibilities Primary care of infant/toddler (12 months+), with full newborn care experience required for the new baby arriving March 2027 Plan and facilitate age-appropriate structured and unstructured play Support physical, cognitive, and emotional development through intentional daily activities Outings to parks, playgrounds, playgroups, and other enriching environments Foster a nurturing, consistent, and stimulating environment for both children Household Responsibilities The nanny works directly alongside the parents to keep the household running smoothly. Responsibilities are shared fluidly and may include: Grocery shopping and errand running Meal preparation (kosher kitchen — adherence required) Laundry and dishes Tidying and light household organization Ordering household supplies
Note:
A professional housecleaner handles deep cleaning once per week. Deep cleaning is not part of this role.
