Childcare Main Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Director and Assistant Director with all office duties. Establish professional and supportive relationships with parents and employees connected to the operation of the center. Assistant the Director with programming, enrollment, and ensuring compliance of State and Company Regulations. Provide classroom support on a daily basis, covering breaks and call-offs to maintain ratio. Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running and climbing stairs. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
