Job Description
Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to become our Child Care Center Director. Our director must have a passion for Early Education and an ability to lead. Priorities include leadership to staff, compliance with our state licensing regulations, maintain a safe and loving environment for our children to learn and grow, and build strong relationships with our families and the community. Responsibilities Manage daily operations, including staffing schedules, enrollment processes, and maintaining a safe, clean and educationally/nurturing environment. Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate staff Ensure compliance with all state licensing requirements and regulations Develop and implement policies and procedures Maintain accurate records, both staff and student Address parent concerns Address staff concerns Purchasing of every day necessities Submit payroll to Human Resources Prepare pay stubs for distribution
