$35,000 - $45,000/year + Mileage Reimbursement at $0.62/mile

Job Overview:

We are seeking an organized and self-motivated Field Representative to support and monitor child care facilities participating in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). This is a full-time, travel-based position across Kentucky. The ideal candidate will work independently and provide hands-on support to ensure compliance with program regulations, offering guidance to child care providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor an assigned caseload of child care facilities. Conduct quarterly reviews to each site, including scheduled and unannounced visits. Document on-site reviews and submit findings promptly. Log reviews in Minute Menu software. Provide training and technical assistance to child care providers. Report findings and recommend actions regarding provider compliance. Conduct pre-operational training as assigned. Participate in weekly team video meetings. Coordinate visits across KY regions including Elizabethtown, Radcliff, Frankford, and Louisville.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet use. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines. Reliable transportation and proof of insurance (required). Clean background check (required). Willingness to relocate to Kentucky prior to starting (if applicable). Experience with the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) is preferred but not required.
