Schedule:

About the Role We are seeking a passionate, organized Site Director to lead our program at Eisenhower Elementary. This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting and developing staff, maintaining compliance, and ensuring a safe and engaging experience for students. This role requires consistent availability for both the morning and afternoon shifts, Monday through Friday, to ensure continuity of care for students and staff. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both leadership and hands-on involvement, with clear pathways for growth as our organization expands. Billing and tuition are managed separately, allowing you to focus on what matters most-your team, your students, and your program.
