Overview Sittrly is a childcare company providing reliable in-home childcare services for families in the Clarksville and Fort Campbell area. We are currently seeking dependable childcare providers to join our growing team. Join our dedicated team as a Child Care Provider and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. In this vibrant role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes early childhood development and learning. Sittrly is a fast-growing, local babysitting agency serving families across Clarksville, Fort Campbell, Oak Grove, Hopkinsville, Pleasant View. Our families are actively booking weekly for daytime care, date nights, recurring care, school pick-ups, and overnight support. We are hiring dependable, high-quality sitters who are ready to accept jobs and build consistent hours. If you are reliable, professional, and love working with children — keep reading. Responsibilities Provide attentive childcare for children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, and school-aged kids Create fun, educational activities that promote learning and development Ensure children's safety by following proper supervision protocols and implementing safety measures Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and outdoor play Communicate effectively with parents about their child's needs and daily experiences Administer basic first aid when necessary and handle minor emergencies promptly Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care Requirements Prior experience in babysitting, nannying, daycare work, or related caregiving roles is required (At least 2 years of experience working with children) Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities Certification in CPR and First Aid is required before onboarding with Sittrly. Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Ability to care for infants and toddlers with patience, compassion, and energy Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied hours including day time, evenings or weekends (you must have your own vehicle, with a current drivers license)
