Experienced Full-Time Nanny Needed - Multiple Openings Sweet Peas Nanny Referral Agency is currently representing three wonderful local families seeking experienced, full-time nannies. Each position involves caring for infants and toddlers or preschool-aged child in loving, stable homes. These families are looking for professional nannies who understand early childhood development, can confidently manage two young children at different stages, and are seeking a long-term role. We are looking for candidates who are: Confident with infant routines (feeding, safe sleep, milestones) Energetic and engaging with toddlers/preschoolers Comfortable balancing two ages simultaneously Warm, patient, and organized What These Families Value Dependability and reliability A calm but engaging presence Developmentally appropriate activities Clear communication Long-term commitment These are not temporary or short-term roles.
