April 30, 2026 POSITION SUMMARY The Seasonal Childcare Attendant is responsible for providing a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children of club members during scheduled childcare programming. This role supports Hillwood Country Club's commitment to delivering a premier family-friendly experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and member service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work Schedule Based on seasonal programming structure: Tuesday

  • 12:00 PM Friday
  • Saturday:
    8:00 AM
  • 12:00 PM 4:30 PM

PM Required:
Arrival 15 minutes prior to each shift for setup and preparation Key Responsibilities Childcare & Supervision Provide attentive, safe, and engaging supervision for children as designated by club policy Maintain appropriate supervision ratios (maximum 5 children per attendant per session) Monitor children continuously to ensure safety and well-being Lead age-appropriate activities, games, and creative play Safety & Compliance Enforce all club childcare policies, procedures, and safety standards Ensure proper check-in and check-out procedures for all children Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free childcare environment Respond appropriately to incidents, injuries, or behavioral concerns Adhere to all applicable childcare regulations and club guidelines Member Experience Deliver a welcoming and professional experience for members and their children Communicate clearly and positively with parents regarding their child's experience Support a family-friendly club environment aligned with Hillwood's service philosophy Program Operations Prepare childcare areas prior to each session (toys, supplies, cleanliness) Assist with organizing and executing structured programming during peak times Maintain accurate attendance and participation records Support efforts to drive participation, particularly during high-demand periods (e.g., Friday/Saturday evenings)
