At Blossom Academy, we have several full time Support Staff members who provide coverage, extra hands, and float between all classrooms. The ideal candidate is someone who has at least one year of experience in a childcare setting. The ideal Blossom Academy teacher is a positive person who wants to be a part of a fun and collaborative team. As a Blossom educator, you will have the opportunity to design lessons and activities that fit your students' individual learning styles and interests. Please see important hiring info below: Located in East Nashville Hours 7:30-5:00 (Shifts are either 7:30-4:30 or 8:15-5:15) Pay Rate $16-18 based on experience and education Paid Winter, Spring, and Thanksgiving breaks (At least 20 paid days off on top of PTO package!) Excellent parent support Hands on administration team-With a Director and two Assistant Directors someone is always eager and available to assist! We are seeking experienced teachers with at least a High School Diploma and 1 year minimum of childcare experience. You must be able to pass a background check and provide references upon request. Pay:
