Nashville, Tennessee Schedule:
Full-time position with hours scheduled between 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. The family values flexibility and the schedule will be determined collaboratively between the family, Lead Nanny and secondary nanny.
Children:
Four children ranging in age from 4 months to 6 years old.
Duties:
The duties include childcare, collaborating with another Nanny, assisting with managing the children's daily schedules, reinforcing structure and manners, driving the children, preparing meals and snacks for the children, children's laundry, purchasing children's items, children's event planning, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, running errands, and potential domestic and international travel with the family if the other Nanny is unavailable.
Requirements:
A warm, welcoming, and active family in Nashville is seeking an experienced secondary Spanish-speaking Nanny to join their childcare team. This role will work closely alongside another Nanny to provide exceptional care, support, and consistency for four young children. The ideal candidate is a true team player who enjoys collaborating with others, communicating openly, and stepping in wherever support is needed. The family is looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, a flexible mindset, and a genuine passion for working with children. Fluency in Spanish is highly valued, as the family would like this nanny to help foster the children's Spanish language development through daily conversation, play, and engagement. The ideal candidate is an experienced, warm, and energetic childcare professional who genuinely enjoys working as part of a team. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, as the family places a high value on language immersion and cultural enrichment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience caring for infants and young children, excellent communication skills, and a positive, can-do attitude. The family is seeking someone who is proactive, organized, dependable, and service-oriented, with strong emotional intelligence and professional judgment. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fully staffed household alongside hands-on parents, maintain discretion and professionalism at all times, and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. The ideal nanny is also comfortable with travel as needed, a confident swimmer, physically active in order keep up with multiple young children, and interested in building a long-term relationship with the family.
Salary:
$80,000+ per year, depending on experience. Benefits are included in the annual compensation.
