This is a full time role with hours between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM. The family appreciates flexibility within the schedule. The family and Nanny will decide what schedule works best.Children:
Four children, ranging in age from newborn to six years old.Duties:
The duties include childcare, managing the children's daily schedules, reinforcing structure and manners, maintaining continuity across caregivers, driving the children, maintaining and managing the children's routines and schedules, preparing meals and snacks for the children, children's laundry, purchasing children's items, children's event planning, managing the family's calendar, light housekeeping, collaborating with other household staff, vehicle maintenance, grocery shopping, scheduling vendors, and domestic and international travel with the family.Requirements:
The ideal Lead Nanny is an experienced, emotionally intelligent, and discreet professional who oversees all aspects of childcare and coordination in partnership with hands-on parents and a team of nannies. They bring a calm, grounded presence, exercise excellent judgment, and ensure consistency across routines, expectations, and caregiving approaches in a multi-staffed household. The candidate must be highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator. Fluency in Spanish is required to support the children's language development in a Spanish-speaking home and school environment. This individual is also comfortable supporting the broader needs of a well-run household, maintaining organization and discretion at all times. A warm, service-oriented demeanor, strong emotional regulation, and respect for boundaries are essential. Significant experience with multiple young children is required, along with knowledge of development, routines, and behavior management; familiarity with dietary restrictions is preferred. The candidate needs to possess a high level of energy and the physical stamina required to engage with children in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role includes regular travel, packing and logistics support, and providing overnight or weekend care as needed. The ideal candidate is seeking a long-term position, is comfortable with parents working from home, and is a confident swimmer.Salary:
$130,000.00-$150,000.00Benefits:
This position offers paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick days, a monthly medical stipend, plus guaranteed pay 52 weeks of the year. The family may be open to a relocation stipend for the right candidate. Additionally, the family will be using a payroll service.Pet Details:
