Weekday Dog Nanny

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Weekday Dog Nanny to provide exceptional care and companionship for dogs during the weekdays. Duties Provide daily care, feeding, and exercise routines tailored to each dog's needs Engage in positive reinforcement training to promote good behavior and obedience Handle dogs safely using proper animal restraint techniques and pet handling skills Monitor dogs for signs of distress or illness, communicating concerns promptly to management Maintain a clean and organized environment in our outside and inside play areas Use animal handling expertise to manage various breeds and temperaments effectively Heavy lifting may be required when moving supplies or assisting with larger dogs Qualifications Proven experience in dog training, pet sitting, or animal handling roles Veterinary technician or assistant experience highly preferred Knowledge of pet care best practices Strong background in animal handling across different breeds Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with pet owners and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently when necessary Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining a caring attitude toward animals Valid certifications in pet grooming or animal care are advantageous but not required Join our team as a Weekday Dog Nanny and be part of a vibrant community dedicated to enriching the lives of pets through compassionate care!
