YPlay Attendant Position Type:
Part-time Pay Range starts at $13 per hour (or more depending on experience) Do you love working with kids and creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for them? Join the YMCA of Middle TN as a YPlay Attendant! You'll be part of a team dedicated to helping children grow in spirit, mind, and body.
What You'll Do:
Provide attentive, nurturing care for children ages six weeks to six years. Lead fun activities like creative arts, story-time, and games. Assist with diaper changes and toilet training while following hygiene standards. Build positive relationships with parents and families. Maintain a safe and engaging space for all children.
What You'll Bring:
Minimum Age:
18 High school diploma or equivalent preferred. A positive attitude, love for children, and strong communication skills. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Required Certifications:
