Our Child Care Director:

As the Child Care Director, you'll take the lead in managing the day-to-day operations of our childcare facility. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a safe, fun, and enriching environment for children while supporting and guiding our team of caregivers. Here's what you can expect: Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with childcare regulations and standards. Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate programs and activities. Foster a welcoming and nurturing environment for children, parents, and staff. Manage and support a team of childcare professionals, including scheduling and training. Build strong relationships with families, addressing their needs and concerns with care. Maintain accurate records and ensure the facility is clean, organized, and safe.

While no prior experience is required, here are the qualities and qualifications we value most: A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their well-being. Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage both people and programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with families and staff. Knowledge of or willingness to learn about childcare regulations and best practices. A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a positive outlook.
