Position Summary As the Montessori Child Care Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our childcare center. You'll work closely with staff, parents, and children to ensure our programs align with Montessori principles and meet the highest standards of care and education. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the childcare center. Develop and implement Montessori-based educational programs. Supervise and support a team of educators, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Ensure compliance with all state regulations and licensing requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, addressing their questions and concerns with care and professionalism. Monitor and evaluate the progress of children, ensuring their developmental needs are met. Required Skills and Qualifications A strong passion for early childhood education and the Montessori philosophy. Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
