Austin Baptist Church Job Description:
We are looking for candidates to: Provide a safe, and nurturing environment for children. Manage children's schedules for diaper changes/toileting, feedings, naps, etc. Maintain a clean & safe environment Engage with children in ways that promote development (fine motor, gross motor, reading, songs, etc.) Use positive discipline and reinforcement to promote appropriate behaviors. Schedule is flexible based on availability, but most shifts are needed on Sunday mornings, Wednesday evenings, and/or Friday mornings
Desired Qualifications:
1+ years of experience (Will Train)
Age Groups:
Infant, Toddler, Preschool High school degree Must be able to lift 20-40 pounds. Must be able to bend down to pick up toys, play with children, etc.
Additional Information:
Compensation:
$15.00 to $18.00 per hour
