Proven ability to drive enrollment, execute marketing initiatives, and build strong customer relationships is a must! In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily operations, foster a nurturing environment for children, and inspire a dedicated team of educators. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of high-quality programs that promote development, learning, and well-being for every child. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young lives while managing a thriving educational facility. Duties Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that support early childhood development and learning standards. Lead strategic planning initiatives to grow the center's programs, community engagement, and overall mission. Manage the center's budget, ensuring financial sustainability while maintaining high-quality services. Oversee daily operations, including staff supervision, classroom management, and compliance with licensing regulations. Recruit, train, and supervise educators and administrative staff to foster a motivated and professional team. Cultivate relationships with families, community partners, and stakeholders through effective public speaking and outreach efforts. Lead fundraising efforts to support program enhancements and facility improvements. Qualifications Proven experience in education administration or management within early childhood or child care settings. Strong background in curriculum development, classroom experience, and working directly with students. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams and managing staff performance. Excellent strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational abilities. Effective public speaking skills to communicate confidently with families, staff, and community members. Knowledge of licensing requirements and regulations related to child care centers. Prior experience in fundraising or community outreach is a plus.
