Experienced Lead Teacher - Work That Matters

Small Steps Childcare Make a difference in the lives of children. Responsibilities include caring for the children while following minimum standards set forth by Child Care Regulation. Must be able to pass background check. Have high school diploma or GED Ideal Candidate will have experience in childcare, willing to be teachable/coachable, willing to smile a lot, and interact with the children appropriately, and follow Texas minimum standards guidelines as well as Texas Rising Star Guidelines. We have a few different shifts available for hire: Position is located at our Granbury Center. All positions are Monday-Friday (NO weekends!) 4 day work week 10 hour shift 7AM-6PM - 4 days per week (weekday off to be determined upon employment). 5 day work week 8 hour shifts usually 8-5 or 9-6. Morning Shift - 7AM-1PM or Afternoon Shift - 12PM-6
