40 hours/week 3 days per week: 7:30 AM

The preschooler attends preschool 8:30 AM

Role:

This West University family is seeking a calm, organized nanny to support an infant and preschooler through play-based learning, child development, and thoughtful activity planning. This is a collaborative household with involved grandparents and a full-time housekeeper. The right candidate will be flexible, team oriented, and comfortable leading the children's day while adapting as plans shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Create developmentally rich days for both children Plan play-based activities that support learning and exploration Prepare materials and activities ahead of time Tidy and reset children's spaces

Ideal Candidate:

A warm, proactive nanny who enjoys creating purposeful days for young children. You are organized, adaptable, and able to follow through without frequent direction.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of full-time professional childcare experience with infants and preschoolers Comfortable planning activities and preparing materials Easygoing and adaptable in a multi-adult household Strong judgment and clear communication
