Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong understanding of early childhood education principles. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children, ensuring their well-being while fostering their growth and development. Responsibilities Supervise and engage with children in a caring and supportive manner. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development. Provide guidance in behavior management to encourage positive interactions among children. Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation, nap times, and hygiene practices. Support infants through attentive care, including feeding, diaper changes, and comforting. Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns. Collaborate with other childcare staff to create a cohesive team atmosphere. Qualifications Experience working with children in settings such as preschool, babysitting, or nannying is preferred. Knowledge of early childhood education principles is highly desirable. Familiarity with behavior management techniques to support children's social skills. Ability to provide care for infants and toddlers as well as older children. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both children and parents. A background in classroom settings or experience working with students is an advantage.
