The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, leading fun physical activities, and creating a safe, engaging environment where kids can learn, play, and grow. This role combines childcare supervision with age-appropriate fitness, movement, and recreational activities. Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children during classes and activities Lead fun, engaging, and age-appropriate movement activities, games, obstacle courses, and fitness exercises Encourage positive behavior and build confidence in children Create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for children and families Communicate with parents regarding child participation and progress Maintain cleanliness and organization of play and activity areas Follow safety procedures and childcare policies Assist with events, camps, birthday parties, and special programs as needed Qualifications Experience working with children in childcare, daycare, preschool, coaching, gymnastics, camps, or youth programs preferred Positive attitude and high energy level Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable standing, moving, lifting equipment, and actively participating in activities CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Must pass background screening Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 30-40 pounds Ability to bend, squat, run, and actively participate in physical activities throughout shifts Ability to remain energetic and engaged for extended periods Benefits Flexible scheduling Training provided Growth opportunities Employee discounts/membership benefits Fun and positive team environment Schedule Evening shifts available Weekend availability preferred Flexible hours Why Join Us?
