Do you love the energy of a classroom, the sound of little giggles, and being part of a team that truly supports one another? North Star Learning Center is growing, and we're looking for caring, dependable individuals to join our team. Whether you're experienced or just getting started in childcare, we'll provide the training and support you need to feel confident in the classroom. Our school serves children from infancy through Pre-K in a play-based, hands-on, Christian environment where learning happens through exploration, creativity, and connection.

What You'll Do:

Help create a safe, engaging classroom environment Interact with children through play, activities, and daily routines Support nap time, meals, and transitions throughout the day Work alongside a team that values communication and consistency

What We're Looking For:

Someone who is reliable and enjoys working with young children Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to stay engaged (this is not a "sit and supervise" role) Must be able to work until 6:00
