Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated to join our team as a childcare professional. In this role, you will provide attentive, nurturing care to children of various ages, ensuring their safety, development, and happiness. Your energy and enthusiasm will help create a positive environment where children feel loved, supported, and encouraged to explore and learn. Duties Provide engaging and age-appropriate activities for children, including toddlers and infants, fostering their growth and curiosity Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times through vigilant supervision and adherence to safety protocols Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices in accordance with best childcare standards Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing tailored care plans and fostering inclusive environments Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming childcare environment that promotes learning and play Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to emergencies or incidents Requirements Prior experience in nannying, babysitting, daycare work, or teaching young children is highly preferred Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional training in working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Demonstrated ability to care for infants, toddlers, and young children with patience and compassion Knowledge of childcare best practices, including toddler care, infant care, and child development principles Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, guardians, and team members Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a lively environment while maintaining professionalism Flexibility to work varied hours as needed for caregiving shifts Join us in creating joyful experiences for children while advancing your career in caregiving!
