Job Duties Include :

Family Requests:

This busy and kind family is looking for a sitter to help with school pick-ups, homework assistance, and light household tasks such as emptying the dishwasher, laundry, putting away grocery orders, and general tidying. The sitter will also transport the children to activities and practices and support their daily routines. This role is focused on caring for older children, which requires emotional awareness, patience, and strong communication skills. The sitter will be one of the first people the children interact with each day, on both good days and challenging ones, so the family is seeking someone who can support the children's emotional well-being while also meeting their physical needs.

Infant Care:

Providing specialized care for infants, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and implementing age-appropriate developmental activities.

Childcare Excellence:

Implementing the family's provided Care Guide to ensure the well-being and development of the children including preparing meals and snacks, following the family's nap/sleep schedules, etc.

Engaging Activities:

Creating and organizing play activities, as well as potentially transporting children to local enriching activities.

Client Support:

Fulfilling additional tasks as requested by the client, which may include errands, family meal preparation, grocery shopping, organizing, family laundry, and light housekeeping duties focused on the family and children.
