Job Description

Child Care Center Manager Are you a natural leader with a passion for working with children and naturally great at leading and supervising staff? Do you have prior experience as a retail manager but would love to work with children in the education field? Our center is looking for dynamic and passionate leaders who want to make a difference and impact the lives of the children and staff in our centers in a positive way!
Qualifications:
Previous leadership experience supervising staff is required . We are willing to train candidates with solid leadership experience who would like to transition into our field!
Note:
We do NOT require a CDA or Degree for candidates who are naturally strong with children and leadership - we offer free certifiction! Responsibilities and Ideal Qualities for
Assistant Director:
As a leader on our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a well run school that is in compliance with all program policies and regulations. An average day for an assistant director / child care manager may include greeting teachers, children, and families, observing classrooms for high quality interactions, holding staff accountable, planning school events, filling in for classroom teachers, coaching the implementation of our curriculum and handling administrative duties like creating the newsletter, leading enrollment meetings, filing paperwork, responding to emails and passing out fun scratch-and-sniff stickers to our kiddos who drop by the office to say hello!
