As we launch our new Hampton Roads location, we are building a team of exceptional sitters who are passionate about creating safe, positive, and fun experiences for children of all ages. We are seeking babysitters who are: Responsible, punctual, and professional Experienced caring for infants, toddlers, or school-age children Friendly, patient, and engaging Comfortable following family routines and instructions Strong communicators with both children and parents CPR/First Aid certified (preferred but not required) It will be required upon hire Responsibilities Provide attentive and safe childcare Plan age-appropriate activities and playtime Prepare simple meals and snacks Assist with bedtime or homework routines when needed Maintain a clean and organized play environment Communicate updates with parents during and after care Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Prior babysitting, nannying, daycare, or childcare experience preferred Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Flexible availability is a plus Why Join Carilly?
