What You'll Do Provide safe and engaging care for children of all ages Follow family routines and care instructions Prepare simple meals and snacks Keep play and kitchen areas tidy Complete a brief introductory call before each assignment Arrive on time and communicate professionally Requirements 18 years or older Good with children; formal or informal caregiving experience (2 references, friends/family accepted) Must clear state and federal background checks Must have a car and ability to pick up shifts on short notice CPR and First Aid Certificate Reliable, professional, and comfortable working in family homes
