Do you love getting on the floor to play, supporting little ones as they learn and grow, and creating meaningful connections? Are you fluent in ASL and passionate about working with children? We have the sweetest opportunity for you! Jovie of Mill Creek is looking for a highly engaging, enthusiastic nanny for a fun-loving 2-year-old who is hard of hearing and wears hearing aids. This little one is curious, playful, and learning so much every day, so we are looking for someone who is excited to jump in, play, and support what he is learning in school!
Location:
Bothell, WA Schedule:
Monday-Thursday | 1:30 PM•5:30
PM Dates:
September 1, 2026•June 22, 2027
Pay:
$22-24/hour based on qualifications
Children:
2-year-old
Responsibilities:
School pick up at Madrona K-8 in Edmonds (family provides rear-facing car seat) Bring child home for snack time, nap, and play Engage in fun, developmentally supportive activities Communicate fluently in ASL and support language development Get down on the floor and actively play while creating a safe, positive environment Light household support (helping keep laundry moving through the cycle•no folding required, light tidying and household pick up)
The Ideal Candidate:
Fluent in ASL (required) Highly engaging, enthusiastic, and playful Passionate about child development and supporting learning Reliable transportation for school pick up Comfortable with dogs
Bonus:
A dog is in the home, so comfort around pets is a must!
Requirements:
Minimum age: 18+ At least 2 years of childcare experience Willing to complete a background screen & reference check Valid driver's license & insurance Must complete a driving screening Fluent in ASL Bonus Perks with
