Mom works from home full-time and is looking for a collaborative nanny who can support both baby care and allow flexibility for shared moments throughout the day. We also have one friendly dog (no pet care required). A bit about you : You are an experienced infant caregiver who is warm, engaging, and confident in your abilities with babies. You naturally interact through talking, singing, and play, and understand developmental needs like tummy time and structured routines. You are reliable, communicative, and patient, especially in a home where a parent is present and involved. You're physically capable of caring for a growing infant and are comfortable working with first-time parents who may need reassurance and collaboration as trust is built.
