Duties Provide attentive, loving care tailored to the needs of twin toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Engage children with age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills Maintain a clean and organized environment through light housekeeping tasks related to childcare, including cleaning toys and play areas Support developmental milestones by encouraging exploration, language development, and motor skills Administer basic first aid when necessary and follow safety protocols diligently Communicate regularly with parents about daily activities, milestones, and any concerns or observations Requirements Proven experience working with young children, especially toddlers or infants in a nannying or daycare setting Knowledge of child development principles and age-specific caregiving techniques Certification in first aid and CPR for infants and children Ability to handle multiple responsibilities such as meal prep, light cleaning, and caregiving simultaneously Strong understanding of safety procedures and emergency response protocols Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and caregivers Join us in creating a nurturing environment where twin toddlers can thrive!
