Job Description

This is a 11:00-5:30pm Position Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Childcare Staff to join our team in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on children's development while working in a supportive and collaborative setting. Duties Supervise and engage children during play, learning activities, and mealtimes to promote social, emotional, and cognitive development Implement age-appropriate educational activities that support childhood development milestones Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety regulations Assist with diapering, feeding, and basic caregiving needs for infants and toddlers Manage classroom behavior using positive behavior management techniques Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and daily activities Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing appropriate care Follow all licensing requirements and company policies related to childcare standards Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or classroom settings Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages Experience with classroom management and behavior management strategies Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred but not required; training can be provided Familiarity with working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Experience with infant care, toddler care, or preschool teaching enhances suitability for the role This position is ideal for individuals passionate about nurturing children's growth and eager to contribute positively to their early learning experiences.
