Tuesday-Saturday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM (40 hours/week)Compensation:

ASAP Overview A warm, active, and fully staffed private household is seeking a seasoned, professional Nanny to support the care and development of three children in a dynamic, child-focused environment. This is a long-term, collaborative role within a high-functioning home where both parents are present and engaged. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of structure, warmth, initiative, and professionalism, with a genuine passion for child development and family life. Household Environment Busy, organized, and child-centered home Recently renovated 5,500 sq. ft. lakefront property on 2+ acres Active lifestyle with outdoor play, creative activities, and minimal screen time Additional Full Time staff member (educator) present for homeschooling Pet-friendly environment (dogs, cats, and a lizard) Children Teen (13): Bright, humorous, and engaging; requires mobility assistance (wheelchair use) and support with daily care including hygiene, medication administration, and g-tube feeding (training provided) Child (7): Energetic, outgoing, and spirited Toddler (2): Advanced learner, curious, and highly engaged Key Responsibilities Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for all three children Support daily routines including mealtimes, hygiene, dressing, and bedtime preparation Assist with medical care for one child (medication, g-tube feeds, mobility support; training provided) Engage children in enriching, screen-free activities (arts & crafts, outdoor play, games) Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for the children Assist with light household tasks related to the children (laundry, dishes, tidying) Collaborate closely with parents and existing staff to ensure consistency in care and routines Drive children to activities using a provided vehicle Ideal Candidate Profile Professional, dependable, and discreet with a positive, can-do attitude Energetic, proactive, and highly engaged with children Nurturing yet able to guide behavior and reinforce values such as responsibility and kindness Comfortable in a team-oriented household with hands-on parents Willingness to learn and support medical-related care (no prior experience required) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be able to swim Requirements Prior professional childcare experience in a private home setting Ability to commit to a long-term role Comfortable working in a home with pets Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Open to relocation candidates Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $86,400 - $100,800 annually (based on experience) Health & wellness stipend: $350.00/monthPaid Time Off:
