What We're Looking For:

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required. Must be 18 years old with Highschool Diploma or GED.

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in administration and guiding staff, and 6 months in child care.

Skills:

Strong leadership, initiative, and the ability to provide clear guidance to a diverse team.

Knowledge:

Understanding of how to effectively work with children, and familiarity with state licensing and accreditation rules is a plus.
