Two positions available:

Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and four days per week 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Bright and Beautiful provides eight paid holidays and paid time off. Enjoy a position with NO WEEKENDS and

Duties Support lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans focused on child development, including activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth Assist with supervising children during playtime, meals, nap times, and outdoor activities to ensure safety and positive behavior management Engage children in age-appropriate educational activities that foster curiosity and learning, such as storytelling, arts and crafts, and sensory play Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, including sanitizing toys and learning materials regularly Observe and document individual children's progress, behaviors, and needs to inform ongoing care strategies Support children with their personal hygiene routines, including diapering and handwashing Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive atmosphere that accommodates children with diverse needs or disabilities Qualifications Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with energy and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment Commitment to creating a safe, supportive space for all children to thrive Join us in shaping the future by providing compassionate care and inspiring early learning experiences!
