This role is vital in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, developmentally appropriate care and education for children while fostering a positive, safe, and nurturing environment. The Child Care Administrator will oversee daily operations, develop innovative curricula, manage staff, and ensure compliance with all legal and educational standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of young learners and support families in our community through strategic leadership and passionate management. Duties Lead the development and implementation of engaging, age-appropriate curricula that support early childhood development and learning objectives Oversee daily program operations, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children and staff Manage staffing including hiring, supervising, evaluating faculty, and providing ongoing professional development opportunities Develop and monitor budgets, manage financial resources effectively, and oversee fundraising efforts to support program growth Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to child care, education law, special education law, and school legal standards Collaborate with families to address individual needs, communicate program goals, and foster strong community relationships Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance program quality, expand services, and improve operational efficiency Experience Proven experience in school administrative leadership or as a school director within K-12 or early childhood education settings Extensive management experience including supervising personnel, managing budgets as an executive education administrator, and overseeing faculty evaluation processes Strong background in curriculum development, instructional leadership in education, and classroom experience working directly with students Knowledge of special education law and school legal requirements relevant to child care programs Demonstrated expertise in educational administration with a focus on personnel management in education environments Skilled in public speaking and effective communication to engage staff, parents, community stakeholders, and board members Prior experience working with young children in a classroom setting combined with leadership roles that involve strategic planning and operational oversight Join us in creating enriching environments where children thrive!
