Senior Pastor

We are a Southern Baptist church affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention seeking a passionate, engaging, and spiritually grounded Senior Pastor to lead our congregation into a new season of renewal and growth. Our church is currently navigating a period of transition following the departure of our previous pastor. As a result, we have experienced a modest decline in attendance and are facing financial challenges. We are prayerfully seeking a leader who feels called not just to pastor, but to rebuild, restore, and re-energize a church body with great potential. This position will begin as bi-vocational, requiring the candidate to maintain outside employment while shepherding the church. At this time, we are unable to provide a salary and do not have a defined timeline for when financial compensation may become available.
