Youth & Childrens Minister

Shiloh Baptist Church in Hartford, AL, is seeking a full-time Youth & Children's Minister. The ideal candidate is a godly, relational, and motivated leader who will provide vision, leadership, and discipleship for our children's and youth ministries (birth-12th grade). This individual will work alongside volunteers and families to help rebuild and strengthen a Christ-centered ministry focused on sharing the Gospel, teaching biblical truth, and laying a strong spiritual foundation for the next generation. Responsibilities include leading weekly ministries, organizing events and outreach opportunities, and investing in the spiritual growth of students and children.
