Job Description

Position Summary:
Projects God's love by providing innovative leadership to maximize BMH Pastoral Care's contribution to overall system performance through effective planning and administration to meet established customer service, operational and financial goals.
Required Education/Training/Experience:
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years clinical ministry experience. 5 years clinical ministry experience preferred.
Education:
Master of Divinity degree or equivalent from an accredited seminary or university. Four units/credits of Clinical Pastoral education from an accredited CPE center.
Licensure:
Eligible for endorsement through the North American Mission Board (NAMB) of the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC).
