About the Position This part time role combines worship leadership with media and technology support to help create meaningful and distraction free worship services each week. Tracks are provided. This position could be an excellent fit for: A bi vocational worship leader A college or seminary student Someone looking to grow in ministry leadership A seasoned worship leader seeking a healthy church environment What You'll Do Lead worship during Sunday morning services Work with the pastor to plan biblically sound songs that support the sermon series and church vision Lead weekly rehearsals with praise team members Encourage and develop volunteers within the worship ministry Oversee worship technology including sound, media, presentation software, and livestream support Coordinate technical elements to help services run smoothly Assist with seasonal services and special events Participate in a weekly one hour staff meeting What We're Looking For A growing relationship with Jesus Christ Musical ability and confidence leading congregational worship A servant's heart and strong people skills Dependability, humility, and teachability Basic comfort with worship technology and media systems A desire to help strengthen and grow a worship ministry Weekly Schedule Sunday Morning Worship Service at 10:30 AM Wednesday Night Bible Study and Fellowship Meal Weekly rehearsal and flexible preparation time Compensation Part time position $300 per week Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) How to Apply Please send the following to : Resume Brief introduction Any audio or video links if available Learn more about our church at: https://sylvanhillscommunitychurch.com
