Provides spiritual care to patients and families, including assessment and documentation in the patient's medical record. Fulfills the

Outcomes. Participates in interdisciplinary rounds and coordinates spiritual care with other members of the healthcare team. Provides response to emergency spiritual care needs as an on-call chaplain. Provides emotional and spiritual support to hospital employees. Complies with departmental policies, procedures, and record keeping.

EDUCATION

Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. Bachelor's Applicant must be accepted in the Sutter
