Preach from the pulpit in main Sunday service 6 times a year. Starting Pay $50,000 to $65,000 Includes Health Insurance and Retirement Plan Responsibilities
- Maintain your spiritual life and reputation through prayer, bible reading and fellowship
- Prepare & deliver lessons for 2 weekday meetings and for Sunday
- Teach and preach to inspire godliness and biblical knowledge
- Biblical counseling as needed to the youth to provide support and guidance
- Develop ministry programs for youth and young adults that will motivate them to be involved
- Organize regular events such as Bible studies, outreach, social gatherings and retreats
- Maintain accurate records of financial spending, participation and progress of youth
- Communicate with the church leadership and parents to maintain church growth and vision
- Report directly to the Senior Pastor with all ideas for approval and support Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Leadership and teaching experience with youth in a faith-based organization
- Speaking abilities to deliver Bible based lessons and sermons in an edifying manner
- Skilled in mentoring youth towards spiritual growth and church & community participation
