Job Description We seek a faithful, strategic, and inspiring Rector to lead our parish into its next chapter of growth and service. The Rector serves as Parish head, providing spiritual, organizational, and visionary leadership to the congregation and community. This leader will be a strategic thinker with demonstrated leadership experience, capable of managing complex operations while nurturing spiritual vitality. Responsibilities include oversight of Parish clergy, administrative staff, Vestry, budget, parish facilities, programs, stewardship initiatives, and lay-led ministries. The Rector will guide and strengthen our congregation as we recover and rebuild after the Palisades fire. Oversight also includes a parent-tot program, weekly worship services, and actively supporting the mission and initiatives of our Diocese. This leader will champion and expand the ministries of the parish, fostering engagement, discipleship, and community impact. The Rector collaborates with the Head of School in supporting and advancing our two-year-old through 8th grade school, ensuring alignment between our parish and school mission, culture, and long-term strategy.
