This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to inspire students, foster faith-based growth, and provide compassionate support during their academic journey. As a Campus Minister, you will create engaging programs, facilitate retreats, and cultivate a welcoming environment that encourages spiritual exploration and community connection. Responsibilities Develop and lead faith-based programs, events, and retreats that promote spiritual growth and community engagement. Mentor students through weekly mass, fostering leadership skills, personal development, and moral guidance. Collaborate with teachers to plan weekly mass, outreach initiatives, retreats, and service projects aligned with Catholic values. Maintain clear communication through writing newsletters, event promotions, and spiritual resources to keep the community informed and engaged. Requirements Proven experience in presentation skills within a faith-based or educational setting. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse student populations. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively connect with students, faculty, and community partners. Demonstrated ability in event planning, mentoring, and conflict resolution. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
