• Full-time In response to God's call and under the supervision of the Senior Pastor, the Director of Young Adult and Family Ministries will provide spiritual guidance and support to the church, its members, staff, and the community at large.

This role will assist in carrying out the church's mission by enriching our community and transforming the world through God's love. The Director of Young Adult and Family Ministries will support pastoral duties (preaching and pastoral care) as needed while helping to grow our thriving, inclusive, and diverse congregation. The leadership of youth and young adult ministries, as well as community outreach, are also included. Director of Young Adult and Family Ministries Responsibilities Provide spiritual guidance and support to members of the church and community Assist in areas as needed in support of the Senior Pastor Attend and participate in church activities throughout the week, including evening activities to the extent possible Children, Youth, and Young Adult Ministry Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive Children, Youth, and Young Adult programs, including weekly meetings, the leadership of Young Adult Bible Studies, retreats, mission trips, and service projects that embody passionate worship, agape love, and bold witness Mentor and disciple all children, youth, and young adults Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the church's Safe Sanctuary Policy Supervise, develop nursery workers'; and volunteers'; schedules and delegate volunteer responsibilities Community Outreach Responsibilities Develop and execute outreach programs to schools and other organizations outside of the church, engaging the broader community with compassionate acts Create and maintain relationships with other local churches and Christian groups to facilitate children, youth, and young adult family engagement Lead the outreach to unchurched youth, children, and young adults in our community as part of our mission to transform the world through God's love Director of Young Adult and Family Ministries Requirements and Qualifications MDIV degree in theology, ministry, or BA in a related field; and 3 years of ministry experience and theological training A passion for helping young people grow in their faith Strong social media skills, an online presence, coupled with an outgoing, positive personality Able to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team Pay rate: $40,000

• 50,000 salary depends on qualifications and experience.

Full-time for the position. May consider Part-time.
