The ideal candidate will be energetic, compassionate, and committed to nurturing spiritual growth among young adults and teenagers, while also supporting the broader church mission. Duties Lead dynamic youth services that inspire and engage participants through relevant teaching and activities. Organize and execute events that promote fellowship, outreach, and spiritual growth within the youth community. Deliver impactful sermons and presentations that resonate with young audiences, utilizing strong public speaking and presentation skills. Mentor youth through one-on-one counseling sessions, fostering personal development and spiritual maturity. Collaborate with church leadership to develop programs that address the needs of the congregation, including Christian counseling initiatives. Communicate effectively with parents, volunteers, and church staff to build strong partnerships in ministry efforts. Qualifications Strong leadership abilities with a passion for mentoring youth. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey messages clearly and effectively. Experience in teaching or public speaking within a church or educational setting.
