Job Responsibilities :
As a RazerStore Sales Associate, you will be a key brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of Razer's cutting-edge gaming hardware and accessories. You will create an immersive and engaging experience for every visitor to our store. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate Razer products. Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively, showcasing the unique value proposition of Razer's ecosystem. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including product displays and merchandising. Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products. Stay up-to-date on all Razer product knowledge, promotions, and company initiatives. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner, escalating issues when necessary. Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required. Other duties as assigned.
Pre-Requisites :
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in electronics, gaming, or a related technology field. Strong passion for gaming and familiarity with Razer products is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Basic computer proficiency and experience with POS systems. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be at least 18 years old to apply. Education & Experience High school diploma or related field, or equivalent experience. Salary Ranges (per annum): $41,352.00 - $68,920.00
