Discovery Ministry School Residency Young Adults Track Bridge the Gap Between Your Now and Your Next Discovery Ministry School (DMS) exists to equip and deploy leaders called to grow Word and Spirit, disciple-making churches . Residents are embedded in the real life and leadership of Discovery Church. You won't just learn about ministry—you'll practice it, lead in it, and grow through it. The DMS Residency is designed for individuals ages 20-28 who are called to full-time vocational ministry, and enrolled or graduated from Bible college, seminary or ministry training program. Discovery Ministry School is a 12-month, Orlando-based, multi-site residency which offers:

• Hands-on ministry coaching Ministry Focus The primary role of the Young Adult Ministry Resident will assist in leading, building, and operating the Young Adult Ministry at a Discovery Campus.

This role involves developing an impacting spiritual community that aligns with the vision and mission of Discovery Church, specifically focusing on making disciples of Jesus. Each resident is paired with a ministry coach who provides coaching, spiritual guidance, and leadership development. Through structured rhythms of goal setting, spiritual formation, training sessions, and leadership development, residents grow in character, competence, and calling.
